Mary- Kate was a dream come true! Since being a friend of my daughters was the main reason we chose to work with her, I admit I was a little nervous at first, but boy did she deliver! We’ve bought and sold many homes in South Florida where we have lived Since 1993 and we know many realtors down here. But Nashville was completely new territory and we were looking for something out of our norm. We are both architects and therefore want a beat up house that we can fix up. Mary Kate found possibly hundreds of houses for us to look at at first to get to understand what we were looking for, which I can tell you is no easy task. But she found the perfect house in the location we wanted and we are super happy! We plan on working with Mary-Kate for all our real estate adventures in the future!
